Rick Damkroger draws a great deal of satisfaction from the solution-oriented practices of business succession and estate planning.  Rick enjoys helping his clients achieve their objectives through tax efficient and flexible planning strategies.  Rick values the relationships he has developed with other professionals in the field, including accountants, insurance professionals, financial advisors and trust personnel, and believes the “team approach” is often the most effective way to help his clients achieve their objectives.  As a farm kid from Southeast Nebraska and graduate of the University of Nebraska Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Rick understands the challenges facing ag producers and is proud to represent both large and small farm and ranch operators across the state.  Rick is active in his church and a number of organizations.  He enjoys spending time with family and friends.  He’s also an avid Husker fan and enjoys running, hiking, skiing, hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Involvement

Rick currently serves on the Boards of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Harbor Ministries and Hope Builders, and is a past Chairman of the State Leadership Board of the Nebraska Fellowship of Christian Athletes and past President of both the Nebraska Agribusiness Club and Lincoln Estate Planning Council.  Rick frequently speaks and writes articles on a variety of topics pertaining to estate planning, estate administration and business succession planning.
