O’Neill Heinrich represents employers in many aspects of labor and employment law. Our experience allows us to help employers find solutions to difficult personnel issues and we work with employers to properly structure and adopt policies and procedures to help avoid problems before they arise. Our services include employment law counseling and compliance, employment litigation and other dispute resolution, drafting of employee handbooks and policies, and negotiation and preparation of employment, non-compete, confidentiality and separation agreements. We advise clients to help address the discipline of problem employees and we counsel employers on how best to comply with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
